What treatment costs
We are in-network providers for Cigna Health. We are out-of-network for other insurers including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. For out-of-network insurers, we charge our normal rates and then either submit claims on our patients' behalf or provide billing and claim information (superbills) for our patients to submit to their insurer for reimbursement. We are happy to help patients verify coverage and benefits for all insurance companies.

- 90 minutes. Full health history, diagnostic evaluation, first treatment to meet health goals.

- Integrated facial rejuvenation acupuncture treatment. Most patients book as part of the 10-visit package.

Insurance
In-network: Cigna. If you have Cigna, your visits are billed directly and you pay your plan’s cost share.
Every other insurer: out of network. We provide itemized superbills on request, or submit claims directly to your insurer on your behalf. For many plans this reimburses part of each session. We are happy to verify your out-of-network acupuncture benefits directly with your insurer.
Being out of network is a choice we have made. It is what allows Dr. Lin to provide the proper level of integrative care. One that has earned glowing patient reviews and a unique and highly personalized set of patient relationships.
